My Approach

One of the foundational ideas behind Solistic Hypnosis comes from Milton H. Erickson, M.D.:

"You use hypnosis not as a cure, but as a means of establishing a favorable climate in which to learn."

I believe hypnosis is not something that cures people. Rather, hypnosis creates the conditions necessary for learning, growth, and change. The mind learns through repetition, experience, and reinforcement. When we learn something new, we change. When we change, our lives begin to change as well.

The Solistic Hypnosis Transformation Process consists of four stages:

  1. Interview Session – Clarify goals, challenges, and the desired outcome.
  2. Deletion Session – Resolve emotional blockages, limiting experiences, and unwanted patterns.
  3. Installation Session – Strengthen new thoughts, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors.
  4. Thirty-Day Installation Practice – Reinforce the changes through consistent practice and personalized coaching.

Together, these stages help create lasting transformation through learning, reinforcement, and personal growth.
